• Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Delays

ASB Mart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged or you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

8. International Shipping

Currently, ASB Mart ships only within Pakistan.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
